Griffith Media

A production
team should make
the work better
and your week
easier.

Griffith Media is a video-led creative agency built for organizations that need senior creative thinking, dependable production, and fewer handoffs. We work from inside Big Screen Studios in Richardson, Texas, serving Dallas-Fort Worth and projects nationwide.

Why Griffith Media exists

Sophisticated work needs one team that can carry the whole thing, not a patchwork of people who’ve never worked together before.

A one-person operation can’t hold every discipline a real production requires. An agency can promise it, then quietly outsource what it doesn’t have in-house: design, motion, script, crew, and hope nothing gets lost along the way.

Paul and Grace Griffith set out to build something different: a team where creative direction, pre-production, production, script writing, motion graphics, and graphic design each have someone who owns them, in-house, working from the same brief, carried through by people who were there from the first conversation. Not just more capability, but capacity, with some weight behind it.

We don’t just understand the idea. We tend to it, with a team of employees and contractors, people we work with often, whose work we genuinely admire, carrying it from the first conversation through the final version.

We don’t assemble a team for your project. We already have the one built to carry it.

A set can be ambitious without feeling chaotic. Clients, executives, speakers, students, congregants, and interview participants do better work when the room feels prepared.

Rapid delivery is won in pre-production. Clear priorities, approved graphics, named decision-makers, media management, and an edit plan make speed repeatable.

Strategy, production, post, and rollout should not become four interpretations of the same brief. We keep the idea connected across departments.

We would rather earn year five than maximize project one. Many of the strongest engagements begin with a single video and grow into events, ongoing programs, or a standing creative partnership.

Griffith Media is a video-led creative agency founded by Paul Griffith and based in Richardson, Texas. The seven-person core team includes co-founder, producer, and writer Grace Griffith, cinematographer-editor David Cruz, project manager and photographer Elissa Martinez, senior graphic designer Everton Vieira, motion graphics editor Maulauna Hardi, and editor Luke Hoffpauir. The company offices inside Big Screen Studios at 1002 N Central Expy, Ste 269, Richardson, TX 75080; its owners are also co-owners of the facility, and it serves clients across Dallas–Fort Worth and nationwide.

How we work

Calm is a deliverable.

Around executives, congregations, and 25,000-attendee events, a prepared room matters: people do better work in one.

Deadlines are the brief.

Rapid delivery is won in pre-production. We built the team and pipeline to make speed repeatable.

The relationship outlasts the project.

We’d rather earn year five than maximize project one.

Video leads.

helps it land.

The founders

Paul Griffith of Griffith Media

Paul Griffith

Co-Founder

Director and production lead shaping the creative and technical side of every project.

Paul grew up inside video production. His dad engineered broadcast systems, so there were always real cameras in the house to learn on, and by thirteen he was mixing audio and running video at his church. Graphic design came next, then web design and code, then motion graphics, then cameras and edit bays: not dabbling, but one discipline stacked onto the next until the whole pipeline lived in one head. He has cut broadcast television, worked from thirty-second spots to feature-length film, directed shorts with volunteer crews that grew from seven friends to fifty-five, and at some point worn every hat on a set. That range is why his productions run calm: he has personally done the job of nearly everyone on the call sheet.

Before Griffith Media, Paul spent over a decade as a full-time freelance producer and cinematographer, toured in a band, started several businesses, helped launch three churches, and led creative departments through rebrands, web builds, and broadcast seasons. He founded Griffith Media in 2020, when his clients suddenly needed more video than one person could make, and grew it by hiring the best people he had worked beside. Today he leads the team's AI integration, folding new tools into video, design, and production workflows so the studio ships more without losing the craft. He hosts Known For, the Griffith Media podcast, with Grace.

Grace Griffith

Co-Founder

Story and strategy lead turning business goals into messages people remember.

Grace was leading people long before she was leading brands. Leadership roles at her church growing up put her in front of a room early: leading teams, speaking on stages, giving workshops, and training volunteers. Every room taught her the same lesson: people don't remember your message just because you said it once and said it well. They remember because you kept showing up to say it. Proximity and frequency are just as important as clarity. She watched that same concept play out in her teaching career, where she didn't just run a classroom but also led teaching teams and led professional development.

In 2020 she turned that conviction into a brand messaging and copywriting business, writing website copy, launch campaigns, and messaging strategy for small businesses whose clients kept saying the same thing: it sounds like me, only clearer. Her projects and Paul's kept overlapping, so they merged their companies, and her words became the scripts his cameras shoot. At Griffith Media she connects every story to the business goal: developing messaging, guiding strategy and pre-production, directing on-camera talent, and leading production crews. She co-hosts Known For, the Griffith Media podcast, with Paul.

Connect With Us

Projects scale with a trusted network of producers, operators, audio teams, art departments, assistants, and specialists.

Home base matters.

Griffith Media offices inside Big Screen Studios in Richardson. Griffith Media’s owners are also co-owners of the facility, and Griffith Media serves as its in-house creative and production agency.

That shared home base gives projects access to a multi-camera Content Studio, a curved LED production stage, green rooms, production suites, and a team that can move from planning to shooting to review without changing buildings.

Griffith handles the strategy, crew, producing, and post. Big Screen handles facility-only tours, memberships, bookings, and current room specifications.

We ask clients one question before the cameras roll.

What are you Known For? Grace and Paul explore that question on Known For, the Griffith Media podcast about storytelling, creative strategy, marketing, and the practical work of making a brand understandable. The show is recorded at Big Screen Studios and produced by the Griffith team.
