Griffith Media

Live production that leaves
nothing to chance.

For event and communications teams who need broadcast discipline: redundancy, rehearsals, a show-caller-friendly crew, and zero dead air.

Let’s talk dates

Griffith Media provides multi-camera live production and streaming for conferences, worship services, town halls, and broadcasts — including switching, graphics, and delivery to any platform — across Dallas–Fort Worth and on the road.

What’s included

Broadcast discipline,
wherever the show is

Already have a show? We interface directly with your production. High end cinematic wireless cameras tie into your switcher, your LED walls, and your broadcast feed, so film-look handheld coverage lands on your screens in real time, alongside your existing cameras and crew.

Or hand us the whole system. We run full video and audio production: cameras, switching, graphics, comms, records, and the stream itself, with rehearsals and redundancy treated as part of the job.

Distinct from event video

On screens now — or working for you all year?

Live production puts your event on screens in real time; event video turns it into content that lives afterward. Most flagship events need both — we scope them together.

Budget guidance

Scoped by cameras, crew, and consequence.

Live production is priced by camera count, crew, show hours, and the level of redundancy the moment demands. Streaming alongside event coverage is scoped as one production — one crew plan, one proposal, both outcomes.

Let’s Talk Dates

Questions, answered

It's scoped by camera count, crew, show hours, and how much redundancy the moment demands — a single-room town hall and a multi-day broadcast are different animals. You'll get a real range on the first call and a fixed proposal before we hold the dates.

Yes — that's the normal case. We integrate with your AV vendor, venue, and show caller rather than working around them, and the signal plan is agreed with everyone in rehearsal, not on show day.

We plan for failure before doors open: redundant signal paths, backup connectivity, and local records running the whole time. Rehearsals include the failure plan — so if something drops, the audience sees a clean recovery, not dead air.

Yes. We deliver to any destination — YouTube, Facebook, your website, an internal town-hall platform — simultaneously, each with the graphics and framing that platform needs.
