One clear voice,
wherever trust is built.
Stratum Ridge Wealth Partners helps families make sense of decisions that can affect decades of retirement. Griffith Media supports Brandon Gerfen across the places that explanation has to work: a seminar room, a redesigned presentation, a full replay, social video, and the email follow-up that keeps the conversation going.
How do you help one expert stay clear everywhere he shows up?
Start with the places where people already hear him. For Stratum Ridge, that meant Brandon’s seminar, the presentation behind him, and the material people receive when the room clears.
Griffith Media redesigned the master deck, captured the seminar, built the replay, produced studio content, and developed the follow-up inside GoHighLevel. Each piece has its own job. They still need to sound like the same firm.
The hardest slide should make the room lean in.
“Could You Lower Your Lifetime Tax Bill?” arrived as a working 34-slide presentation. The job was to make it feel like Stratum Ridge and make the densest ideas easier to follow from the back of a room. The redesign gave the seminar a visual pace: quieter setup slides, sharper data, and builds that let Brandon reveal one part of an explanation at a time.
The keynote he presents, redesigned to build trust.
What reaches someone after the seminar?
A polished talk can open a door. The follow-up gives someone a reason to keep reading. Griffith Media designed the lead magnet, a branded guide called The Five Mistakes People Make in the 5 Years Before Retirement, and built the whole GoHighLevel email system around it.
Twenty-two emails are live, written in Brandon’s voice: a four-email sequence for each moment that matters (someone downloads the guide, books a call, misses the seminar, or attends it), plus six ongoing newsletters. Tagging, triggers, and reporting show what lands, and ongoing work keeps the path current as new material is produced.

How does one conversation keep showing up?
Capture with the next use already in mind. Long-form gives Brandon room to teach. Vertical edits let one answer travel on its own, without asking the audience to watch the whole session first.
Room to explain the full idea.
One useful answer, cut for the feed.
What keeps the work from going quiet between shoots?
A calendar with owners. A regular place to make decisions. Enough material captured at once to support the weeks between production days.
- 01
Choose the next useful subject
A monthly strategy call and shared editorial calendar keep the work tied to real client questions, seminar themes, and what Brandon is hearing now.
- 02
Capture enough to keep working
Quarterly studio days are planned for several long-form conversations at once, with the lighting, audio, and crew already handled.
- 03
Shape it for the place it will live
The same source material can become a full teaching piece, a short answer, a graphic post, or an email written in Brandon's voice.
- 04
Publish, learn, keep going
Social scheduling and GoHighLevel upkeep happen inside the same editorial rhythm, so the next shoot starts with context instead of a blank page.
