Industries: Faith & Ministry

Production that serves
the message.

Griffith Media produces live service production, service elements like graphics packages and sermon jumpstarts, social content, event capture, worship music videos, and ongoing creative for churches and ministries. Most churches are too small to staff all of that in-house, which is exactly where our fractional creative team fits. Our client history includes The Potter's House of Dallas and T.D. Jakes Ministries, Embassy City, Woman Evolve, Milestone Church, Gateway Church, Lakewood, and Hope City.

What’s different in this world

This world has its own rules

Sensitivity is a skill.

Testimony and congregant stories require interview care, consent handling, and editorial judgment, not just good lighting.

Comfort around high-profile leadership.

Our crews work around nationally known pastors and their security and comms teams without friction.

Volume + tentpoles.

Weekly content needs and massive annual events: we're built for both, from ongoing team support to multi-crew conference coverage.

A decade in these rooms

What we have built for churches

Milestone Church

On retainer with Milestone Church, producing motion graphics at real volume for their events and series. New series, new season, new event on the calendar: the title packages and screen animation are built, on brand, and ready before the room fills.

The Potter's House

From 2018 to 2025 we were embedded in The Potter's House TV department as their in-house service-capture team: on-site recaps, LED wall content, broadcast, social, service playbacks, and conference coverage. When the pandemic emptied the room, we helped them go fully digital, building a web-conference editing style that actually held attention and could run entirely remote. Their flagship account grew from 1.5M to more than 6M followers, with 30M+ in total all-channel reach. We still produce their special films, narratives, and year-end recaps today.

Embassy City

We built and grew their podcast past 1,000,000 downloads with custom intros and outros, hosting, and mixing, and ran their online service alongside it. As media partners on retainer from 2020 to 2025 we covered print, signage, building-wall graphics, a full rebrand and logo, book layouts, social, and sermon jumpstarts. Then we did the rare thing: we helped them outgrow us, growing the work to where they could hire in-house, then handing it off element by element to the team that runs it today.

Gateway Church

We produced Gateway Church's year-end giving recap, the film that shows a congregation what a full year of generosity actually built.

Most churches are not staffed to do all of this in-house. That is exactly where the fractional creative team fits: one partner across live production, motion, social, and print, scaled to your calendar instead of your headcount.

Trusted where the stakes
are spiritual.

“Their agility and quality meet and often exceed expectations. I never have to wonder what I’m going to get.”

“The first time we worked with them, I knew we weren’t letting go. When we’re on set, it feels like a team effort.”

FAQ

Can you film without disrupting worship?
Yes. That is the discipline this work demands. We plan camera positions, movement, and crew footprint with your production and security teams in advance, so the room experiences a service, not a shoot.
How do you handle congregant consent?
Consent handling is part of our production process: releases for featured stories, care around who appears on camera, and editorial judgment about what actually gets used. Testimony is treated as someone's story, not just footage.
Can you support our in-house media team instead of replacing it?
Absolutely. Many engagements work exactly that way. Your team keeps the weekly rhythm; we add crews, post capacity, or event coverage when the calendar spikes. See the Fractional Creative Team model for how ongoing support is structured.
Do you travel for conferences?
Yes. We're based in Dallas–Fort Worth and produce nationwide. Conference and event coverage is one of the most common reasons ministries take us on the road.
